Indenture of Trust and Restrictions

1. Trash cans cannot be stored outside of the residence.
2. Commercial vehicles, boats, campers, trailers are not permitted to be parked on the lot unless in the garage.
3. Vehicles cannot be parked on the streets overnight.
4. Signs or advertisements other than "for sale" signs are prohibited.
